- Q: How long will it take to receive my package?
- A: Please allow up to 5 to 10 business days for orders to be shipped and delivered.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address. Any return shipping fees resulting from incorrect address will not be refunded.
- Q: What is the return policy?
- A: All swimwear is final sale and non-exchangeable.
However, if the item delivered by vendor is either incorrect or damaged, please contact us within seven (7) business days.
All eligible return items must be in unworn, unaltered, and in it's original packaging with tags still attached.
Returns will only be accepted via the provided shipping return label.
- Q: How can I track my package?
- A: You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is processed and shipped. Mail carrier may vary.
- Q: Do you sell plus sizes?
- A: Nubian Swim Company supports body inclusivity and embraces all body types. Plus sizes are now available in select styles.
